TenaLanding.Integration.AspNetCore 1.0.0

Everything an application needs to join the TenaLanding portal: the provisioning endpoints and the standard OpenID Connect sign-in through the portal.
This is a new version of the view package page, introduced in ProGet 5.3. If it's missing any functionality, you can still view the old version.
